Hi, I'm Lauren Buchan
I’m a Christchurch local with over 8 years’ experience across generalist HR, advisory, operations, recruitment, compliance, and process improvement.
I work with small to medium-sized businesses that want reliable, hands-on HR support without the overhead of an internal HR role or a large consultancy.
As a one-person consultancy, my work is personal. I take the time to understand how your business actually operates — your people, your culture, and your challenges — so the HR support fits your world, not a generic template.
